GoUnique is a travel-discovery platform that lets users log, share, and explore unique places around the world. By accessing or using GoUnique (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Go Unique. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.

4. Acceptable Use

When using GoUnique you agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Upload material that infringes any intellectual-property rights.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or any unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or the underlying infrastructure.
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service without prior written permission.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines at our sole discretion.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your use of GoUnique is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how we process your data and the choices available to you.

6. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please stop using the Service and delete your account.
